Please note that residential trade permits are not eligible for refunds.
A Certificate of Compliance will be issued upon completion of your residential trade permit. Certificate of Compliances will be emailed upon request only. To request a Certificate of Compliance please email 311@carync.gov.
Use this service to apply for residential trade permits (Click here to view the complete list). You may also schedule inspections, view inspection results and to pay application, permit and re-inspection fees for building permits and development related projects.
IMPORTANT! If your scope of work is part of a larger project that will require a plan review, such as an addition or remodel the full scope of the work inclusive of all trades will be applied for together using GeoCivix (The Town of Cary Electronic Plan Review System).
